II. DegreeFYD Fee

DegreeFYD has arrangements (directly/indirectly) with the universities. DegreeFYD earns after successful enrolment of a student in a university, as per their norms.

III. About Us

The use of this platform and the products purchased on this platform is subject to the following terms of use:

• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
• Your use of any information on this platform is entirely at your own risk.
• This platform contains material owned or licensed by us including layout, design, and graphics.
• All trademarks reproduced which are not owned by us are acknowledged on the platform.
• Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages.
• External links may appear for additional information; we are not responsible for those contents.
• You may not create links without Nuvora Education Private Limited’s prior written consent.
• Your use and disputes are subject to Indian law.
• Your use of products/services is strictly for personal and non-commercial use.

Nuvora Education Private Limited products/services may not be compatible with all devices, and we are not obligated to ensure compatibility.

We shall not be liable for damage to any device hardware/software including loss of data or performance issues caused by the use of our services.

In no event will Nuvora Education Private Limited be liable for damages including indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or direct damages beyond the amount paid.

We may contact users via SMS/email/calls. Users under DNC still hold us non-liable.

You indemnify Nuvora Education Private Limited from losses arising from your usage.

In the event of breach, we may seek injunctions and pursue legal remedy.

Minors are not eligible without guardian supervision. Invalid data can lead to termination.

Users shall not host unlawful, harmful, or offensive content defined under applicable law.

We will not be liable for non-compliance caused by force majeure.

IV. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may immediately disable access in case of violation. Users must clear any outstanding dues. We hold no liability upon termination.

V. Governing Law

We accept no liability for non-compliance with laws of any country other than India. Accessing the platform from outside India does not imply compliance acceptance.

VII. UniConnect Terms & Conditions

Students authorize DegreeFYD as their admission agent. Prior agents must be updated accordingly.

VIII. DegreeFYD Scholarship Terms & Conditions

• Reward is processed after deposit and admission confirmation.
• Scholarship amount depends on application and profile.
• Selection is at DegreeFYD jury discretion.

IX. Handling of Student Financial Awards

DegreeFYD does not collect remuneration conditional upon scholarship or financial aid receipts.

X. Payments

Payments must never be made to individual accounts.

Use only official DegreeFYD channels or listed university payment accounts.

XI. Financial Services

Loan sanctions, interest, and processing timelines are subject to financial institution rules and discretion.
