CSIR NET 2025 exam was conducted on 18 December 2025 in two shifts for all five subjects.
Overall CSIR NET exam difficulty was moderate, as reported by most candidates.

CSIR NET exam 2025 was held on December 18, 2025 in two shifts. The authorities conducted the exam for all five subjects on the same day. According to the candidates, the level of the CSIR NET 2025 was moderate. Candidates were able to attempt 60 to 70 questions with 90% accuracy. Also, none of the questions were from out of syllabus. Those who qualify for the CSIR NET cut off marks 2025 will be offered a job as Assistant Professor and Lecturer.
