MAT Exam 2025 Dates (December Session Out): Admit Card, CBT & PBT Exam Schedule

MAT December 2025 exam will be conducted in two formats i.e., Paper-Based Test (PBT) and Computer-Based Test (CBT). The CBT registration deadline is December 15, 2025, while registration for PBT has already ended. The PBT will take place on December 13, 2025, and the admit card will be available on December 10, 2025. The CBT will take place on December 21, 2025, and the admit card will be available on December 18, 2025. MAT exam is conducted by AIMA and is a national-level exam used for MBA/PGDM admissions across 800+ B-schools in India.

MAT 2025 Registration: Candidates will have the option to choose which session of MAT to register for based on their level of preparation and which phase of the exam they wish to attempt: February, May, September, and December. Applications for MAT 2025 will only be available online through the AIMA website.

MAT 2025 Admit Card: AIMA publishes individual admit cards per exam session. Candidates will find their session-by-session admit cards available for download on the AIMA web site according to the released schedule. Candidates will need to print out their admit cards and bring them to the exam centre.

MAT 2025 Exam: MAT exam pattern for both the Computer Based Test (CBT) and Pen and Paper Test (PBT) are the same. MAT exam includes 150 multiple-choice questions divided into five sections i.e., Language Comprehension, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis & Data Sufficiency, and Social and Business Environment.

MAT 2025 Result: The candidate’s MAT score card will be available on their personal dashboard; candidates will be notified about their results via email. Results for both CBT and PBT will be released on the same day, and results can be obtained by logging in to the AIMA website.

MAT Admission 2025: AIMA sends candidates’ scores to the five selected B-schools. Those who meet the cutoff are invited for the MBA selection process. Candidates can also apply to other colleges using their MAT scores.
